NEW RULE

-No more testing to get a rank.
-New members who register and introduce themselves automatically get 4 str lv 1.
-Test only can be conducted if the testee:

• want go up one rank. Example: for 4 str to 6.
  

• special status. For Example Tester, Mini mod or others.
  

-You can duel as much as you want in a day to gain Lp.
-You gain Lp by helping with the academy like add an article or find new fixes for KCVDS or YVD.

Abolishment

• You will not lose any Lp for Duel arena duels.
  
• No more personal ban list unless its for a tournament and events.
  

That is all I hope you guys can cope with the new rules.

Oh if this still confuse you all about having a test for going 4 to 6 stars. You still level up normally this test is for duelist think they can get to 6stars or 8stars instantly.
